Our entry at Bournemouth show in recent years has usually been small, not even reaching double figures. This is one of the shows from which we shall be losing CCs in 2019. However, on a warm but slightly breezy day the entry this year for judge Miss Jean Lanning was 12 dogs making 14 entries, although two of those were absent. The DCC, with BoB was awarded to Robert Greaves Ch Kunniakas Look No Further for Whittimere. My Niko – Puulatva The Red Norseman Among Inkivaari – won the DRCC, his second in nine days. In bitches Cecily Byard and Thomas Greer’s Valokki Kuura, on her way through gaining first places in three classes, won the CC, her first. The BRCC was then awarded to Hannah and Rob Thompson and Angela Cavill’s Ch Toveri Pella from the veteran class in what was a rare outing for this bitch, handled by Angela. Two bitch puppies were shown, the winner being Enkelini Kuiskaus, owned by Lindsay and Adam Morriss.
