I want to tell you a story –  no, not a fairy tale. In what seems to be the dim distant past judges would often stop to chat to the exhibitors on completion of the judging, frequently by coming to the benches. At Richmond show on 9th September our judge, Mrs Norma Window did come to talk to our few exhibitors showing real interest in the breed. Of course in the past, probably long ago, she did have a Finnish Spitz. In the judging BoB was Cecily Byard and Tom Greer’s Valokki Kuura, with her second CC. The BRCC was awarded to David Knights and John Stokes’ Toveri Tosca of Lelaps. In dogs, the CC, his first, went to T Turo of L, in the same ownership as the BRCC winner, with the DRCC being awarded to my Puulatva The Red Norseman among Inkivaari.
